Dioralyte sachets contain rehydration salts consisting of sugars and salts (glucose, sodium chloride, potassium chloride and disodium hydrogen citrate). They are used to replace body fluids lost as a result of acute diarrhoea.Diarrhoea makes you lose more fluids and electrolytes (salts such as sodium and potassium) than you usually would and can make you dehydrated. Sachets of rehydration salts are used to replace body fluids lost as a result of diarrhoea. This is particularly important in frail and elderly people and children with diarrhoea. |

| Important Usage Instructions: |

If you are suffering from intestinal obstruction, kidney or liver failure or are receiving treatment from your doctor for a medical condition, ask your doctor or pharmacist before using dioralyte. Keep out of reach of children.
The contents of the sachets should only be mixed with water, as directed above. Make sure the correct amount of water is used.Don´t exceed the dose recommended in the leaflet provided with the medicine. Make sure you give the correct dose for children and babies.Infants with severe diarrhoea and/or vomiting should be seen by a doctor as soon as possible. If symptoms persist for more than 36 hours, seek medical advice from a doctor.

Sodium chloride 0.47g, Potassium chloride 0.3g, Glucose 3.56g, disodium hydrogen citrate 0.53g. Also contains silicon dioxide, saccharin sodium, Blackcurrant flavour.
