In such instances Pharmacylink must be advised within three days in writing prior to return stating:  Your name, Damage, Your full contact details.  A returns authorisation number will be issued and no return goods will be accecpted without this reference. All returns must be in their original packaging. Errors and omissions excepted.      Shipping and Handling Delivery to UK mainland will be by Royal Mail, larger parcels will be by Business Post or similar courier.
